I\u2019ve been fascinated with the built environment all my life. That passion led me to start my career with a highly technical design-build firm delivering complex life sciences facilities across the country. Texas is the tenth state I\u2019ve lived and worked in, and I\u2019m proud to be part of a region focused on technical diversity, innovation, and hyper-speed growth.<\/p>

Working on FDA-audited manufacturing plants and specialized laboratory environments taught me how to manage projects that require a heightened level of quality, communication, and risk management. These were high-stakes environments with\u00a0zero<\/em>\u00a0room for error, and that experience fundamentally shaped the way I lead projects today across multiple technical sectors.
