1. Program Description

VECS uses SMS/text messaging to:

Communicate with clients regarding insurance claims
Schedule inspections and appointments
Send reminders, updates, and instructions
Provide claim-related notices
Coordinate documents and information necessary for claim handling Message frequency varies based on claim needs.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your number or texting VECS, you consent to receive SMS/text messages. Consent is not a condition of service. Reply “STOP” to opt out.

3. Costs & Fees

Message and data rates may apply per your carrier.

4. Opt-Out & Help Instructions

Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe. Reply “HELP” for assistance. You may still receive required communications through other channels.

5. Message Delivery

VECS uses Aircall and similar tools to deliver messages. Delivery depends on carrier performance. VECS is not responsible for delays or failures.

6. Privacy & Data Use

Information collected through SMS/text is governed by the VECS Privacy Policy and may include phone numbers, message content, and timestamps. We do not sell personal information.

7. Supported Carriers

Most major U.S. carriers support our program, but availability may vary.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and the authorized user of the mobile number.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SMS/text services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

VECS is not liable for damages related to message delivery, delays, or unauthorized access. Your remedy is discontinuing participation.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revisions.
